Yogurt soothes heat-moisturizes the body and relieves constipation and quenches thirst. Although
astringent, it is not strong for hot-tempered people, if there is no rot in the intestines, it is beneficial in
dysentery, and mixing it on top of the head is like mixing a pumpkin. If applied on the face, it repels
dryness, blackheads and pimples. The top of the curd is moist and sweet. If the curd turns sour and
leaves water or starts to smell, it should not be eaten.
