Banana - a globally renowned and common fruit. It has several
varieties, but their effects and properties are quite similar. The outer peel
is yellow or red, and the inner part is white with a sweet taste. Its
temperament is moderate, being balanced between hot and cold, and moist in the
second degree.

contains 23% carbohydrates, 1–9% protein, along with calcium,
iron, phosphorus, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. It is
non-toxic.
